Artists To Visit Paterson's Historic Hinchliffe Stadium
PATERSON, N.J. -- Visitors will keep their eyes open but no doubt hear echoes during a “mobile workshop” at historic Hinchliffe Stadium in Paterson sponsored this Friday by the National Consortium for Creative Placemaking. Part of a two-day Northeast summit at Drew University, the workshop visit aims to help artists participate in a current façade restoration project to help revitalize the surrounding neighborhood. Former Standout Wayne Athlete Michael Fusco Dies Suddenly
WAYNE, N.J. -- Michael Fusco originally of Wayne died suddenly on Sunday, Jan. 28. He was 42 years old. Michael was born and raised in Wayne and attended Wayne Valley High School. He later transferred to Livingston High School. He was a natural athlete and excelled at baseball in both high schools. He was a graduate of Lincoln Technical School with a degree in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. He will be remembered for always having a joke, making up stories and rhymes, being silly with his sister and mimicking all kinds of stars like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Kermit the Frog. …

Yankees Pitcher CC Sabathia To Help Welcome Boys & Girls Club To Teaneck
TEANECK, N.J. – New York Yankees pitcher CC Sabathia will be a featured guest at the grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Teaneck Clubhouse, part of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Hackensack, Lodi & Teaneck. The veteran pitcher – a World Series champion and six-time Major League all-star – is a Boys & Girls Club alumni and lives in Alpine.
