This Was Literally A Dumpster Fire An afternoon Dumpster fire in the garbage room of a Bogota apartment complex sent smoke up to the third and fourth floors and out the roof, firefighters said. Bogota firefighters saw the smoke as they arrived at the Atwater Luxury Apartments along the Hackensack River off West Fort Lee Road around 2 p.m. They were joined at the two-alarm blaze by their firefighting colleagues from Ridgefield Park, Hackensack and Teaneck.
