A pair of Wood-Ridge men have been arrested for sexually assaulting a child for nearly two years, authorities said.
Francisco A. Serpas, 47, and Angel W. Serpas, 37, both sexually assaulted and endangered the juvenile multiple times from January 2021 to December 2022 in Wood-Ridge, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.
