A months-long investigation into a large fight involving dozens of youths at Hersheypark has resulted in charges against 55 people, police announced on Monday, June 8.
The disorder erupted inside the Dauphin County amusement park on Friday, April 3, when multiple groups of youths engaged in assaultive and disruptive behavior, prompting a large response from Hersheypark Security, Derry Township Police, Pennsylvania State Police, and other local agencies.

Police in Washington Township, Gloucester County, do more than just arrest bad guys.
At noon on Sunday, March 1, officers stopped a vehicle in front Washington Township High School and discovered the driver was a wanted person with warrants, Washington Township police said. While being placed under arrest, the driver told offices he was making a DoorDash delivery right up the block, police said.
Sgt. Matt Barnett and Officer Mike Scheer helped make sure the delivery was completed, police said.

A New Jersey woman was arrested after fleeing police and being tracked down hours later at a New Jersey motel, authorities said.
On Wednesday, Sept. 17, Officer Gregory Bulick was on patrol in Saddle River when a white SUV sped past him while driving recklessly, the department said in a press release.
Bulick attempted a traffic stop, but police said the driver, later identified as Kaitlyn Slicker-Abulteen, of Warwick, NY, accelerated even more after he activated his emergency lights and sirens. For safety reasons, Bulick ended the pursuit and issued a BOLO to nearby departments.
