Michael Mullins posted $30,000 bail and was released hours after he showed up at a Best Buy in Paramus and was arrested in August 2013.

Mullins “used the Internet to post online ads on a public website seeking young females to engage in sexual acts and compensating [them] with money,” Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said at the time.

What he didn’t know was that he was communicating with Molinelli’s Computer Crimes Task Force who used a familiar fake teen’s name, the prosecutor said.

Mullins — aka: aka “mullinator 86@aol.com” — “subsequently made arrangements to meet the purported child for the purpose of engaging in sexual activity” in Paramus, he said.

The indictment charging him with luring, attempted sexual assault and prostitution with a minor and child endangerment says Mullins was expecting intercourse and/or fellatio.
