Jonah Llull, 19, also held the Hackensack boy down and grabbed the youngster’s crotch last July, the indictment says.
No details were disclosed when detectives from the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Special Victims Unit and River Edge police arrested Llull in September after interviewing the boy.
The seven-count indictment returned last week accuses Llull of grabbing the boy twice, unlawfully restraining him and giving him oral sex “through the use of physical force or coercion.”
It also charges him with two counts of impairing the morals of a minor.
After a judge reduced his bail from an original $100,000 to $50,000, Llull was released from the Bergen County Jail on Dec. 5.
