Georgena N. Marballie-Messaros was driving her Harley Davidson motorcycle on West Main Street when it left the roadway and struck the curb, sending her flying into a utility pole, around 7:15 p.m., Police Chief Benjamin C. Fox said.
Wyckoff Volunteer Ambulance Corps took her to Hackensack University Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead, Fox said.
“There were no other vehicles involved and no known witnesses,” he said.
The chief asked that anyone who might have seen something that could help investigators call his department: (201) 891-2121.
