Fabio Agudelo, who was arrested last week, remained in the Bergen County Jail pending the outcome of the case following Saturday's hearing in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.
He's charged with aggravated sexual assault and child endangerment, as well as with impersonation -- which Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said Friday was filed because Agudelo stole someone else's identity.
