Presiding Superior Court Judge Liliana DeAvila-Silebi said her order binds all law enforcement, court personnel and attorneys.

The officer’s name must be removed from the complaints against all three before they are unsealed, she added.

The officer sustained “a head injury, as well as injuries to his lower extremities, contusions and bruises,” Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said this afternoon. He was treated at Hackensack University Medical Center and released, the prosecutor said.

Hector Felix and Nico Vega, both 25, and 21-year-old Josue Felix were all brought into court today shackled, with paperwork stuffed into their chains, as two dozen or so spectators — mostly prosecutors, sheriff’s officers and a few plainclothes police — looked on.

DeAvila-Silebi, a former Bergen County assistant prosecutor, continued bail at $500,000 each — and approved a request by Assistant Bergen County Prosecutor Danielle Grootenboer that a source hearing be held if any of them posts that amount.

The Felix brothers live on E. 143rd Street in Manhattan and Vega on Summit Avenue in the Bronx. All will be interviewed with an eye toward appointing public defenders, the judge noted.

The fourth member of their group wasn’t so fortunate.

Using the getaway car as a weapon, 20-year-old Miguel Reyes of Manhattan struck the officer, who landed on the hood and squeezed off some shots from his service weapon before dawn yesterday.

The 2015 Kia slammed into the median on westbound Route 4, after which Reyes and the other three were arrested.

Reyes later died at HUMC.

The charges, as CLIFFVIEW PILOT reported this morning, include armed burglary to the Jennifer Convertibles and vacant adjacent store; attempted armed burglary to the T-Mobile; conspiracy to commit armed burglary; and possession of weapons and burglary tools.

Pursuant to Attorney General Guidelines, the matter is being investigated by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Shooting Response Team,” Molinelli said yesterday.

“Upon completion of the investigation, the Prosecutor’s Office will determine whether the matter should be presented to a grand jury,” he added.

Two officers who responded to the 4:36 a.m. burglary alarm found the rear door of Jennifer Convertibles pried open, as the crew attempted to break through a wall into an adjoining vacant property on their way to a T-Mobile store, law enforcement sources told CLIFFVIEW PILOT yesterday morning.
