Englewood massage therapist arrested on charges of fondling customer

YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: A licensed massage therapist from Englewood was arrested by investigators yesterday and charged with getting too free with his hands.

Felipe D. Cruz, 51, was being held on $75,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail, charged with “inappropriate sexual activity” with a customer – specifically: fondling, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said this afternoon.

He was arrested by members of the Moinelli’s Special Victims Unit and Englewood police.

Cruz, a licensed independent massage therapist, was stopped by the customer, who then called local police, the prosecutor said.

He is charged with one count of sexual assault and one of criminal sexual contact. A Nov. 20 arraignment is scheduled in Hackensack.
