At 4:25 p.m. they arrested Stephen Gaspari, 50, of Hackensack, on River Drive near Locust Street and released him on a court summons after they found him carrying a half-ounce of marijuana, Police Chief Michael Foligno said.
At 8:30 p.m., they arrested and released Kyle Osbourne, 18, of Fair Lawn, for having a small amount of pot, along with drug paraphernalia, and with being under the influence of drugs after they found him in the Pathmark parking lot on Broadway.
