HACKENSACK, N.J. -- Jo Anne Rice, formerly of Hackensack and Maywood, died on Monday, March 27. She was 73.
Prior to retiring she was an Administrative Assistant working for General Motors in New York City. Rice was also a parishioner of Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Maywood.
Devoted daughter of the late Daniel and Nora Rice. Dearest sister of Valerie Lozza and her husband Peter, Danielle Grimes and her husband the late Joseph, Patrick Tufaro and his wife the late Marilyn Tufaro.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 22, at 10 a.m. at Our Lady Queen of Peace R.C. Church, 400 Maywood Ave.
In lieu of flowers please make a donation in memory of Jo Anne to: Popcorn Park Zoo, 1 Humane Way, Forked River, NJ 08731 (a sanctuary for abandoned, injured, abused or elderly animals).
