ROCHELLE PARK, N.J. -- A water main break is causing road closures and drivers are asked to plan alternate routes.

A water main break in Rochelle Park has closed E. Passaic Street between Rochelle Avenue and Rt. 17 until 4 p.m.

East Passaic Street between New Rochelle Avenue and Route 17 is now closed and will reopen approximately 4 p.m., according to the Maywood Police Department.

Suez Water -- formerly United Water Department -- is on the scene.
