Gov. Chris Christie stopped in Hackensack Friday in honor of the storm's fourth anniversary at the PSE&G Hackensack Substation.
He discussed how New Jersey has increased energy resiliency since the storm.
PSE&G announced that — thanks to Christie and the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities — it's investing $1.2 billion in making its electric and gas systems even more resilient to superstorms like Sandy.
