Lawmakers on Monday supported "Nosey's Law" — a recently-proposed bill named after a 34-year-old elephant in a traveling circus, the article says.

Animal activists want to see Nosey set free. His bill would prohibit the use of elephants in traveling animal acts, according to NorthJersey.com.
