Parents To Sue School District After New Jersey 12-Year-Old Commits Suicide

The parents of a New Jersey girl who took her own life at just 12 years old are planning on suing the district for failing to take action, NJ.com reports.

Mallory Grossman of Rockaway was bullied in person along with texts and social media messages from girls at her middle school over the course of several months, the article said.

Some of the messages were from people calling her a loser, and some urging Grossman to kill herself, according to NJ.com.
