Man Allegedly Struck By Falling Wood Takes Home Depot To Bergen Court

HACKENSACK, N.J.— A man saying that he was struck by six two-by-fours as he reached for lumber on a shelf has filed suit against The Home Depot in Bergen County Superior Court, NJ.com reports.

Patryk Molawka, 22, of Wallington, says he sustained serious and permanent injuries in January 2016, at the Pine Brook store, the article says.

The planks struck his head, hip, shoulder neck and left a cut on his lip, NJ.com says.
