Eustace (D-Bergen/Passaic) — along with Grace Spencer, Raj Mukherji and Thomas Giblin (Passaic) — are sponsoring Bill A3527.
The bill would require that black bears be protected in the same manner as other animals indigenous to New Jersey, ensuring that it could no longer be legally hunted in New Jersey.
