With $10,000 at stake, the cake artist will be competing against three others in a dinosaur-themed episode of the Food Network's "Cake Wars" at 9 p.m. Monday.

Albanese has been on "Cake Boss" and famed-pastry chef's Buddy Valastro's "Cake Boss."
