“This is a great opportunity for people to get a feel for our curriculum and instructors,’’ said Elias Ocasio, the owner of Nariel LLC, which owns Web Design Learning Center. “It’s for people who have questions they want answered before committing to a full class or certificate program.”
The 3-hour open house runs from 6-9 p.m. on Monday, March 14 at Web Design Learning Center, located at 5 West Passaic St. in Rochelle Park.
Web Design Learning Center opened at a new location earlier this year. It is a division of Nariel, which has been in business for more than 11 years. It has worked with clients in entertainment, fitness, logistics, medical and education fields.
Nariel has developed static and dynamic websites, back-end processing and shopping carts, mobile systems and Apps for conventions and conferences.
“If you are wondering if web design is for you, or if you have what takes to be a Photoshop wiz, this is the time to find out,’’ Ocasio said. “You might think that web design might be too difficult or that you won’t like doing this type of work. These questions and more will be answered at the open house.”
People who are considering career changes or want to design websites as a hobby are encouraged to attend. Seats are limited, and early registration is encouraged.
Web Design Learning Center offers nine distinct classes, starting with a Web Level 1 class that teaches HTML and CSS code. Classes get more advanced, and sessions are offered on mobile design, email and Photoshop.
