US Marshals Capture Texas Man Wanted In Wife's NJ Motel Murder In Philadelphia: Prosecutor A Texas man has been arrested in Philadelphia in the fatal shooting of his wife at a New Jersey motel, authorities said. Steven Burgess, 38, of Spring, Texas, was charged with first-degree murder in the death of his wife, 30-year-old Ivy Morris, according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C.
