Juvenile Charged In Fatal Shooting In Woodbury: Prosecutor A juvenile has been charged in the fatal shooting of a Gloucester County resident, authorities said. Two other people were charged with related crimes, they said. On Saturday, Dec. 2, at approximately 1:20 a.m., Woodbury City police were dispatched to Wing-Dickerson Park, at 36 Carpenter St., for the report of a shooting. US Marshals Capture Texas Man Wanted In Wife's NJ Motel Murder In Philadelphia: Prosecutor A Texas man has been arrested in Philadelphia in the fatal shooting of his wife at a New Jersey motel, authorities said. Steven Burgess, 38, of Spring, Texas, was charged with first-degree murder in the death of his wife, 30-year-old Ivy Morris, according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay and Runnemede Police Chief William Sampolski.
