Maria Santiago-Cossean, 55, was arrested, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office said in a news release on Monday, June 3. Investigators executed a search warrant on her home on Thursday, May 30. Jagwinder Singh, 31, of Cherry Hill, was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and with intent to distribute marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school zone.
