Pair Arrested After Drug Deal In Atlantic City: Police A pair of men were arrested after being observed making a drug deal, authorities said. On Thurday, April 13, Officer Gissell Garcia was conducting surveillance near Tennessee and Atlantic Avenues. Garcia observed Rahim Bobo and Justin McCausland engage in a drug transaction, Atlantic City police said. Bobo was in possession of 85 bags of heroin, more than five grams of cocaine, and cash. Bobo, 26, of Atlantic City, was also found to have an active warrant for his arrest. He was charged with drug dealing and money laundering among other charges. Atlantic City Pedestrian Struck, Killed A 66-year-old woman from Atlantic City was struck and killed by a vehicle as she crossed the road, authorities said. Atlantic City patrol officers responded to Tennessee and Atlantic Avenues at 4:12 p.m. on Wednesday for a report of a motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrian, according to Lt. Kevin Fair, a police department spokesman. Officers arrived to find Jill Collette suffering from serious injuries, according to Fair.
