Missing PA Man Was Kidnapped By Coworker Who Then Fled To NJ: Authorities A Philadelphia area man has been charged with kidnapping and murder in the disappearance of his Bucks County coworker, who has been missing since 2021. Michael Allen Stark, 49, of Royersford, is believed to have kidnapped Matthew James Branning, after a shift at his Silverdale job in October 2021, took him to withdraw money at an ATM and then fled in Brannging's car to New Jersey, the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office said. 2 Tornadoes Touched Down In Pennsylvania, Possible Twister Eyed In Morris County, NWS Says Two tornadoes have been confirmed as touching down in parts of Pennsylvania, the National Weather Service said. An EF-1 tornado was confirmed in Bucks and Montgomery Counties early Thursday. Another tornado touched down Wednesday night in Berks County, according to the NWS office in Mount Holly, New Jersey. Tornado experts are continuing to survey parts of Morris County in New Jersey to see if a twister also touched down there, NWS officials said late Thursday.
