Man With Warrants Resists Arrest In South Jersey A 46-year-old Philadelphia man with warrants in Pennsylvania and New Jersey resisted arrest, authorities said. On Wednesday, Aug. 2 at 9:24 p.m., Gloucester Township Police officers made a motor vehicle stop on Route 42 Northbound. A passenger, later identified as James Jordan, was not wearing a seat belt and provided officers with a false name, police said. When questioned, Jordan allegedly became uncooperative with officers and began to tell officers that he was going to run into highway traffic, they said.
