Crash Witn Injuries Closes I-295 In Camden County A crash with injuries partially closed Interstate 295 in Camden County, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 1:20 p.m. Tuesday Oct. 10 on I-295 southbound North of Exit 28 - (Route 168/Black Horse Pike) in Haddon Heights, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
