Burlington County Man, 58, Struck, Killed By NJ Transit Train A 58-year-old Burlington County man was struck and killed by a New Jersey Transit train in Camden County, authorities said. Thomas E. Schroder, of Maple Shade, died in the crash that occurred at about 8:20 p.m. Monday, Nov. 13 south of Cove Road in Pennsauken, a NJ Transit spokesman said. The River Line light rail train left Trenton at 7:27 p.m. and was scheduled to arrive in Camden at 8:34 p.m., the spokesman said. Fifteen customers were on board at the time. Authorities ID Man Killed By Train In Trenton Officials have identified the man who was struck and killed by a train in Trenton over the weekend. Tyrie D Lee, 41, of Trenton, was struck by a River Line light rail train at the South Broad Street crossing at 2:52 p.m. Saturday, NJT spokesman Everett Merrill said. The train had left the Waterfront Entertainment Center in Camden at 1:44 p.m. None of the 30 passengers nor the operator were injured.
