Jackknifed Tractor-Trailer Closes Route 55 In South Jersey: Developing A jackknifed tractor-trailer closed Route 55 in Gloucester County, according to developing and unconfirmed reports. The crash occurred about 7 a.m. Thursday near exit 43 in Franklin Township, initial reports said. Four cars also were involved in the collision with the fully-loaded trailer which was leaking gasoline, an unconfirmed report said. Franklin police were not immediately available for comment.
