Charges Upgraded For Man Whose GF Died In Motel Assault, DA Says Charges have been upgraded for a Bucks County man whose girlfriend died of injuries suffered by him days after an assault, authorities said Tuesday. Evan M. Smith, 37, of Morrisville, was charged last week with aggravated assault, strangulation, recklessly endangering another person, simple assault, and fleeing and eluding. A homicide charge was tacked on for Smith, whose 36-year-old girlfriend, Jamie Beighley -- who had been clinging to life since Thursday -- died on Sunday at Jefferson Bucks Hospital, the Bucks County DA's Office said. Found! Missing Bucks County Boy, 13, Located Unharmed A 13-year-old boy who went missing Wednesday was found unharmed, authorities said. ORIGINAL STORY: Ayden Elfvin-Porter was last seen in the North Park section of Levittown, according to Falls Township police. Ayden is described as white, 5-foot 3-inches tall with a thin build.  Ayden was wearing all red and carrying a book bag with his name on it.  You are urged to call 215-328-8519 if you see him or have any information.

Seen HIM? PA Man Wanted For Sexually Assaulting Child, Police Say Falls Township police are seeking the whereabouts of a man wanted for the sexual assault of a minor, authorities said. Shane Ferguson is believed to be driving a black Infiniti JX35 with the Pennsylvania license plate number LBB1409, police said. 18-Year-Old Killed, 3 Wounded In Bucks County, PA, Shooting A teenager from Pennsylvania was killed and three other juveniles were hurt during a shooting at an apartment complex in Bucks County, authorities said. Shots were fired at the Commons of Fallsington Apartments on Makefield Road on Tuesday night, according to Falls Township police.  An 18-year-old victim, who was not identified by police, was taken to Lower Bucks Hospital in Bristol with a gunshot wound to the chest where he was pronounced dead, police said.
