PA Soldier, Firefighter Busted With Child Porn, DA Says A Pennsylvania Army National Guardsman once honored as a local hero and fireman was arrested for being in possession of child pornography, authorities said. Robert Joseph Romberger, 26, of Elizabethville was arrested on Friday in connection to an incident on March 5, according to court documents. Romberger is a HACC graduate who is currently a member of the Elizabethville Fire Department, according to his Facebook.
