Driver Killed In Crash With Pickup Truck In South Jersey An 84-year-old man was killed when his car was hit by a pickup truck in Burlington County, authorities said. Rodger Carney of Medford was turning left from westbound Tuckerton Road onto Marquette Drive when a pickup truck traveling east struck his vehicle at about 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Medford police said. The pickup truck was driven by Gregory Girard, 40, of Shamong, who suffered a minor injury, police said. Carney was airlifted to Cooper University Hospital in Camden where he was pronounced dead.
