Heroin, Pot, Meth Seized In South Jersey Traffic Stop More than 200 baggies of heroin and two pounds of marijuana were seized in a traffic stop in Atlantic County, authorities said. On Sunday, April 16, shortly after midnight, Brigantine police stopped a motor vehicle in the 3800 block of Brigantine Blvd. for multiple motor vehicle violations, Brigantine police said. A narcotics detection K9 was requested to respond to the scene. Atlantic City Police K9 Narco arrived at the scene and conducted a K9 sniff of the vehicle.
