Atlantic City Boy Beating Dog In Viral Video Found In North Carolina, Police Say An Atlantic City boy seen beating a helpless dog in a video posted online was located in North Carolina, local authorities said Monday. Police on March 5 were alerted to the video, which shows the boy holding the dog down as he hits him repeatedly. The boy then picks the animal up and slams his body against the floor. Police identified the boy and interviewed family members over the weekend, Atlantic City police said.
