The family of a pair of brothers who drowned earlier this month at a pool in Bayonne have filed two civil claims for $50 million each, NJ Advance Media reports. Three lifeguards were on-duty at the Lincoln Community School on June 8 when 16-year-old Jack Jiang and 19-year-old Chu Ming Zheng drowned, police previously said. VIDEO: New Jersey's chief law enforcement official on Tuesday released video from three different body cameras that he said captured the shooting death by Bayonne police of a knife-wielding man in his home. UPDATE: State authorities were reviewing the events that led up to Bayonne police shooting and killing a man who reportedly lunged at two city officers with a knife.
