Robert Joseph Romberger, 26, of Elizabethville was arrested on Friday in connection to an incident on March 5, according to court documents. Romberger is a HACC graduate who is currently a member of the Elizabethville Fire Department, according to his Facebook. Rickey Williams, 55, -- a security guard from Dauphin County -- was communicating with the detective under the belief he was a girl on the Snapchat app, Fox43 says citing the criminal complaint.
