Police: DUI, Off-Duty Philadelphia Officer Crashes Into Home Injuring Owners, Killing Dog A 27-year-old off-duty Philadelphia police officer is facing several charges after crashing into a city home over the weekend, critically injuring a homeowner and killing a dog, authorities said. Gregory Campbell was charged with DUI, aggravated assault and other offenses in connection with Saturday's 8:20 p.m. crash, police said. Campbell was heading northbound and behind the wheel of a 2014 Dodge Dart when he lost control and it went airborne, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
