Wayne PD: 1,280 Heroin Folds Found On PA Man Who Hid On Floor During Highway Stop Wayne police nabbed a Pennsylvania man with 1,280 heroin folds after they found him hiding on the floor of the back seat of a vehicle stopped following a suspicious set of circumstances, authorities said. It began when a Mountain View merchant alerted officers to a man carrying a crowbar in the parking lot of his business.
