Nervous Robbery Suspects In Speeding Car Had 2 Loaded Handguns, Police In Essex County Say A motor vehicle stop of a speeding vehicle without front plates in Essex County turned up two loaded handguns -- one of which was stolen, authorities said. Detectives from the Orange Street Crimes Gang and Narcotics Task Force were on crime prevention patrols near White and Cleveland streets Dec. 17, when they saw the car heading south on Cleveland, police said. Detectives immediately recognized the occupants of the vehicle as Kelly Collin, Alterry Devalon and Keryl Greenidge. Prosecutor: 1,400 Wax Folds Of Heroin, ~$16,700, Firearm Seized In Jersey Shore Drug Bust Four New Jersey residents were arrested for distributing heroin, fentanyl and cocaine following an investigation involving nearly a dozen law enforcement agencies, authorities said Thursday. Kevin Collins, 37, and Daysha Kelly, 35, operated out of a Pine Beach home, while Elex Hyman, 49, and Jamie Steen, 38, used a Lakewood home, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer said. All four acted together to carry out the distribution scheme, Billhimer said. Restaurateur, Bartender Busted With 6½ Pounds Of Pot In Fort Lee A restaurateur and bartender are facing drug charges after police seized more than six pounds of marijuana from them during a motor vehicle stop in Fort Lee. Abel Marquez-Mesa, 62 of Roselle, and Dorka Nova, 33 of Jersey City, were arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute -- a second-degree crime, Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Dennis Calo said.
