Lyndhurst Police: Nodded-Out Vermont Couple Had Drugs, Dozens Of Syringes In Car
A Vermont couple found sleeping in their car on a quiet Lyndhurst street had drugs and dozens of hypodermic syringes with them, authorities said. Sgt. Richard Holicki, Detective Billy Kapp and Officer Matt Giunta, responding to a call, found the couple nodded out in a Toyota Prius on Kearney Street around 7 p.m. They woke the pair and immediately spotted several syringes on the center console, Detective Lt. Prosecutor: Cliffside Park Man Hijacked Biz Account, Ordered Phones, iPads To His Home
An unemployed Cliffside Park man hijacked a business account to order a pile of cellphones and iPads that he then had delivered to his apartment, said authorities who busted him and his roommate. Stephen K. Frazier, 29, caught the attention of Sprint, which “reported a possible take-over of a business account,” Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said. Police: Man With Warrant Out Of Paterson Busted With Heroin
An Ogdensburg man with two warrants out for his arrest and a Hackettstown woman were charged with heroin possession after police saw the car they were in speed to the back of a Budd Lake shopping mall, authorities said. Mount Olive Police Officer Spotts was on routine patrol when he saw a 2011 Ford in the parking lot of Mall at Wild Geese just before midnight Sept. 30, Mount Olive police said. Wayne PD: Officers Nab NY Driver With 99 Heroin Bags, 16 Syringes On Route 23
Two Wayne police officers found a New York State driver carrying 99 folds of heroin and 16 hypodermic syringes during a Route 23 traffic stop. Officer Adrian Sulejmansi and Tomasz Cydzik stopped the 2006 Chevrolet commercial van for equipment violations on the northbound highway at the Pequannock border, Detective Capt. Laurence Martin said.
