'Mrs. Maisel' Actor Sent Sexual Messages To 14-Year-Old In North Jersey: Sources
A 31-year-old actor and Hawthorne resident was arrested and charged on Thursday, Oct. 10, with sending sexual messages to a 14-year-old girl, Daily Voice has learned. Matthew Kresch sent the text messages to the girl as part of an attempt to lure her into having sex, Hawthorne police said. He was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of luring. Kresch, whose birthday was Sunday, Oct. 13, co-directed the horror film "Alone Together" with his brother, William, and played a bartender on two episodes of "The Incredible Mrs. Maisel," IMDB shows. …

New Film Studio Approved For This North Jersey Town
West Orange is going to back to its movie-making roots. Last December, the township approved a redevelopment agreement to develop a film studio at the site credited with the birthplace film industry. The studio will be build on 12.2 acres adjacent to Thomas Edison National Historical Park and behind the Edison Lofts on Main Street, the site of the original film production studio, Black Maria, from the late 1880s. $1B Netflix Production Studio Replacing Long Vacant NJ Property
A Jersey Shore property that has sat vacant for more than a decade will soon be transformed into a nearly $1 billion Netflix production studio.
