Pleasantville native Jon Craig is special editor for the Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange and Dutchess Daily Voice sites. He is also the primary reporter for Daily Voice Plus Politics in Westchester and Fairfield.

Jon graduated from Cornell University and received his master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University. Across a 35-year career, he's worked as a reporter for daily newspapers in Chicago, New York, Ohio & Washington, D.C and as managing editor for weekly newspapers in Rye, White Plains and Harrison.

Jon also writes periodically for the Cornell Chronicle.

Trenton Man, 20, Shot Dead: Prosecutor A 20-year-old Trenton man died after being shot multiple times, authorities said. The Mercer County Homicide Task Force and the Trenton Police Department are investigating the shooting that occurred early Friday, June 9in the city, Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri said. South Jersey Man Ran $10M Money-Laundering Operation: Prosecutor A South Jersey man is accused of running a nearly $10 million money-laundering operation and stealing nearly 2,000 checks, authorities said. Isaiah Edwards-Stewart, 31, of Mays Landing, was arrested on 17 counts, including first-degree money laundering, identify theft, computer crimes and forgery, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office. South Jersey Man Arrested On Child Pornography Charge: Prosecutor A 42-year-old man from Cape May County has been arrested on child pornography charges, authorities said. Mark Jeffrey Wieland, of the Dennisville section of Dennis Township, was charged with possession of child pornography, according to Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey H. Sutherland. Jersey Shore Woman Bought $840K Home With Fake Documents: Prosecutor A 32-year-old woman from Monmouth County bought a $840,000 home using bogus documents, authorities said. Sydne Phillips, of Allentown, was charged with two counts of theft by deception, impersonation and two counts of forgery, according to Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L. Bradshaw. Cape May Couple Loses Apartment In Fire, Brewery Fundraiser Planned Support is growing for a Cape May couple who lost all their belongings in a fire. The fire broke out Sunday, June 4 in an apartment below Liz Flack and her boyfriend, Jake Hauser. They weren't home at the time, but their two dogs, Philip and Travis, had to be rescued by neighbors and firefighters kicking in doors. Vehicle Flips On Route 42 In Bellmawr A Toyota overturned on Route 42 in Camden County, authorities said.
