NJ Native Shaquille O'Neal Meets Horde Of Cheerleaders During Hershey Visit New Jersey native and NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal was spotted in Hershey’s Chocolate World by a large group of cheerleaders. Newark-born, Shaq, as he's popularly known, had just arrived at Hershey's around 5 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 27 when cheerleading teams in town for the PIAA Competitive Spirit State Championship spotted the Basketball Hall-of-Famer.  The approximately 7-foot-tall athlete would stand out in a crowd.  Several of the teams shared photos they took with the founder of Big Chicken on Facebook.  Daily Voice reached out to some of the teams. Shaq Bringing Booming Chicken Chain To NJ With 6 Locations In The Works Think Big. New Jersey native NBA Hall-of-Famer Shaquille O'Neal is bringing his booming chicken restaurant to his home state. The first of six new New Jersey locations is expected to open in Middlesex Borough. All will be run by Garden State business partners Chad and Aditya Patel. Other areas being eyed by Big Chicken are in Livingston, Mercer County, Somerset County and South Jersey, according to a spokeswoman. "The franchisees are still in negotiations," she said. "We currently do not have a timeline for opening, and will know more when individual leases are signed for each location."…
