6-Year-Old Hospitalized Following Carlisle Crash; Teen Cited Authorities said they have cited a 17-year-old boy with causing a crash in Carlisle that sent a 6-year-old to the hospital, where he remains more than a week later.  The two-car crash happened around 7:30 p.m. on July 15 at the North Road and Rutland Street intersection. Victim Of Fatal Somerville Shooting ID'd A 49-year-old man who was found shot on Monday night, July 22, in Somerville, has died, authorities said.  Paul Nolan, of Somerville, was shot just before 10:30 p.m., the Middlesex District Attorney said.  Police were called to Dartmouth Street to reports of a shooting. No Bail For Teen Accused Of Fatal Stabbing During Chelsea Street Brawl: DA An 18-year-old is being held without bail after authorities say he fatally stabbed someone in a fight over the weekend in Chelsea.  Joksin Briones-Blandon, of Malden, is charged with first-degree murder in the slaying of 44-year-old Santos Cartegena on Saturday, July 20, the Suffolk County District Attorney said. Police were called to the Highland and Grove Street intersection around 10 p.m. to reports of several men fighting.  Cartegena, who suffered multiple stab wounds in the brawl, took himself to the Whidden Hospital.
