Bowlba recently opened at 59 Passaic St. in Garfield, bringing the taste of Taipei to the area. The restaurant is the brainchild of Chloe Leung, her husband Clement, and Bosco Won, a partner and chef. "This is my wife's passion project," Clement Leung said. Hoboken Cafe Expands To Bergen County Unibread, the popular bakery serving up Taiwanese treats in Hoboken, is expanding its footprint into Bergen County. The bakery is opening a third location in Fort Lee next week at 2151 Lemoine Ave. They also have a location in Queens. Unibread offers items like a cookie cream puff, a chocolate chiffon cake and a cream cheese bun, while also serving cakes, cupcakes and coffee.
