The 11 a.m. “sine die” meeting — close of business from the prior year — will be in the second floor Council Chambers. Mayor Norman Schmelz will take the oath of office for a new 4-year term, and Councilmen Hernando Rivera and Thomas Lodato will be sworn in for new 3-year terms.
