George Cabadiana, 36, was arrested late last night on charges of aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault and child endangerment.

The girl, now 13, told a 15-year-old sister, who alerted a school social worker in Long Island, where they now live, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said this afternoon.

A school employee there then contacted Palisades Park school district officials, who alerted borough police. They, in turn, notified the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Special Victims Unit.

Authorities arrested the 5-foot-7-inch, 218-pound Cabadiana after interviewing the girl, who told them that he had intercourse with her and touched her breast, buttocks and vagina over and under clothing at his Abbott Avenue home.

Arraignment was scheduled for March 5.
