Anti-Israel Stickers Were Posted At Starbucks Before Red-Paint Attack, Glen Rock Chief Says UPDATE: Whoever defaced a sign with red paint at a Starbucks in Glen Rock was apparently mimicking similar attacks that have occurred throughout the U.S. and Canada since the Israel-Hamas war began last October, Police Chief Dean Ackermann said. Ackermann also said that stickers bearing hateful messages against Israel that were found with the overnight vandalism on Feb. 19 apparently had been attached sometime before then. "A closer examination of these stickers shows scratches and marks that may indicate they had been on the poles for a few days," the chief said. In an effort to narrow do…

Bridge And (Holland) Tunnel Traffic Blocked By Pro-Palestinian Demonstrators, 325 Arrests Made The Holland Tunnel was closed for nearly an hour during an anti-Israeli protest in Manhattan at the tail end of Monday morning's rush hour. The NYPD and Port Authority police seized hundreds of “Shut it Down for Palestine” protestors before releasing them on misdemeanor charges -- not summonses -- after they blocked the entrances to the tunnel and three East River bridges. That means they must attend court dates in person. Any who don't can have warrants issued for their arrests. Dueling Protesters Rally As Teaneck Passes Resolution Supporting Israel, Denouncing Hamas The scene outside Teaneck's municipal building showed a clear divide on Tuesday night, Oct. 17. On one side, a sea of Palestinian supporters waved flags, chanting "Free Palestine," and "Israel is a terror state." On the other, throngs of Israeli supporters held signs expressing support for the people kidnapped by Hamas while singing Hatikvah, Israel's national anthem, and other songs in Hebrew.
