A mysterious milky substance is flowing through Passaic County's waterways. The substance surfaced sometime Wednesday, April 27 in Passaic's Hughes Lake in Third Ward Park. Passaic Gang Shooting Near Grade School: Two Struck, Six Seized
Two victims were hospitalized and six suspects were in custody following a shooting Tuesday afternoon just steps from a Passaic elementary school where classes were in session, authorities said.
