First County Bank Supports Mentor Program In Stamford Schools With Grant STAMFORD, Conn. -- The Stamford Public Education Foundation has received a $3,500 grant from First County Bank Foundation to support its Stamford Mentoring Program. The program, which was launched in 2010, provides students who need additional academic or social support with the resources and guidance required to be successful during middle school, high school and in college and career endeavors.
