Ridgewood Nail Salon Crash

An SUV driven by an employee heading in to open a Ridgewood nail salon for the day crashed into the front door.

The young worker escaped injury when her Nissan Rogue hit the front of Godwin Nail & Spa on Godwin Avenue around 9:30 a.m. Monday, April 15.

The front door, part of the knee wall and two planters took the brunt of the impact. 

The rest of the building around the store was spared any serious damage.

Ridgewood police and firefighters responded.
